Refund policy

All sales are final once a digital guide has been delivered. Because our guides are instant-download PDF files, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges after the download link has been sent — there is no way to "return" a digital file once it has been accessed.

If something goes wrong on our end — a broken download link, a corrupted file, or you received the wrong guide — contact us at pdfguideprohub@gmail.com and we will make it right, either by resending the correct file or refunding your purchase.

Before buying, please double check that you have selected the right guide. Our guides are viewable on any phone, tablet, or computer using a free PDF reader or your web browser — no special software required.
